A Florida 501(c) nonprofit dedicated to safe firearm education, youth citizenship, wildlife conservation, and community marksmanship.
Wyoming Antelope Club is a Florida not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida and exempt under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended — committed to safe, responsible firearm use and the betterment of our community.
The chief and foremost objective of this organization is to create, erect, support, and operate a facility at which to instruct the youth of this area — without expense to them — in good citizenship and the proper, safe use and legal handling of firearms.
WAC also supports and contributes to charitable causes which tend to alleviate and lessen juvenile delinquency, as the Board of Directors may from time to time elect. We believe access to responsible firearm education should never be limited by a young person’s financial circumstances.

WAC promotes and encourages laws for the protection of forests and wildlife in the State of Florida. We foster a better understanding among our members and the general public as to the proper use of hunting equipment, and advocate for the responsible stewardship of Florida’s natural environment.
We promote, encourage, and educate our members and the general public in the principles of marksmanship and safety in the use of firearms. All range operations are conducted under strict safety protocols with trained Range Safety Officers present at all times.
From beginner public shoot days to nationally sanctioned competitions, WAC provides structured programs for shooters at every experience level — always with safety as the first priority.
WAC exists to promote, encourage, and provide amusement, entertainment, social, and friendly recreation for its members. We are a community club built on the shared values of responsibility, respect, and a love of the shooting sports.
Our programs include disciplines ranging from Archery and Bullseye to High Power Competition and Junior Shooters — ensuring there is a place at WAC for every member of the family.

Being a corporation (not for profit), duly organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida and exempted under the 501(C) Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended, the chief and foremost objectives of this organization are to create, erect, support and operate a facility at which to instruct the youth of this area, without expense to them, in good citizenship and the proper safe use and legal handling of firearms; to support and contribute money to such charitable causes which tend to alleviate and lessen juvenile delinquency, as the Board of Directors may from time to time elect.

To buy, hold, mortgage, sell, convey, lease, or otherwise dispose of real and personal property in the State of Florida and in all other States and Countries; to contract debts and borrow money, issue notes and other evidences of indebtedness and execute such mortgages, transfers of corporate property, and other instruments to secure the payment of corporate indebtedness as required.
And to take any further actions permitted under the laws of the State of Florida and the Constitution of the United States of America in furtherance of its lawful purposes.
